Payment Terms:

When you place an order with DPS LED Lighting Ltd, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions which have been set out below. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information. All products supplied by DPS LED Lighting Ltd are compliant with British Standards. Please note that the below Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Any products ordered on the DPS LED lighting Ltd website will be subject to the prices set out on the company website. All of these prices will exclude any delivery charges and VAT (if applicable.) All payments to DPS LED lighting Ltd shall be made in British Pounds Sterling only.

Acceptable methods of payment are as follows:

  • Authorized Credit Card: Visa, Master Cards and Maestro. (By placing an order using such Credit Cards you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the authority to use such Credit Cards)
  • Authorized Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer. (The Buyer shall make any and all “Bank Transfers” directly to the DPS LED Lighting Ltd Account)

Please note that products will be dispatched upon the Seller receiving payment from the Buyer. All Bank Transfer payments will be considered “received” when the payment can be seen in the DPS LED Lighting Ltd Account.

For your own protection, please do not send payment in cash or as a cheque as this will not be considered an acceptable method of payment.

If you have any issue with your methods of payment or would like to contact us about a cancellation of payment and our returns policy; please direct all queries to [email protected] or call 0208 819 8990 between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Your details will not be passed to any third party and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, we will not disclose any information we hold about you. For security reasons none of your credit card details are stored on the DPS LED Lighting Ltd company systems. However, this does not mean that in the event you wish to add to your order, or need to amend payment in any way, we will need to contact you again to take your credit card details.
